High upside

Before the season, Taurean Waller-Prince was thrown around in trade rumors. He is now one of the best complimentary players on the team. Prince is becoming the NBA’s prototypical three-and-D wing still at just 24 years old.

With Young running the offense and the high flying Collins as his wing man, Prince is the perfect compliment with a smooth outside stroke and ability to get the ball to the basket when necessary.

His abilities as a defender increase his value immensely as he is tasked with guarding the opponent’s best player night after night. His defensive prowess helps head coach Lloyd Pierce find ways to lessen the defensive shortcomings of Young.

DeAndre’ Bembry has managed to find his footing in the league this year. He joined the 82-game club this season which seems to be becoming ever more rare. After playing just 26 games in 2017-18, Bembry took on 23.5 minutes a night, dramatically inflating his confidence.

On a team that certainly does not hesitate to shoot the 3 ball (37.0 attempts per game), Bembry’s shot was not on the same level as the rest of the team. Despite his shooting woes he still managed to be effective as a driver and defender.

Bembry excelled at getting to basket and showed some untapped athleticism with his occasional strong finishes at the rim.
