6. John Collins finishes one-handed alley-oop

Of course, when discussing Collins, the first thing that comes to mind is his leaping ability. While he may struggle to scale over model planes, the former Wake Forest Demon Deacon can clear just about everything else, and his alley-oops are often the highlights of Hawks games.

Take this one that he finished against the Raptors early January. On this play, Collins and DeAndre’ Bembry — another noted leaper, as documented in this piece — set up a side pick-and-roll on the left baseline. At normal speed, it looks as though Pascal Siakam and Kyle Lowry are attempting to ICE Bembry, which allows Collins to get behind Siakam and roll to the basket.

The defensive strategy wasn’t terrible, but unfortunately for the Raptors, Collins has a pretty wide catch radius. So as Siakam and Lowry get set to trap Bembry, he floats a perfect lob right to Collins’ outstretched arm, which the big man finishes with little difficulty.
