9. Lonzo Ball spins and throws the dime to LeBron James

As previously mentioned, Lonzo Ball has a knack for finding open teammates. Averaging 5.4 assists per game, playmaking is perhaps Zo’s best talent outside of his defense.

On this play, Lonzo’s ability to dribble the ball created an open lane for LeBron James to attack the rim. As James stepped up to set a screen for him, Lonzo quickly spun away from the screen and pushed his dribble toward the help defender.

Now, with the help defender occupied and Lonzo’s man out of the picture, LeBron had a clear path to the hoop. Lonzo used a nifty dump-off to place the ball in James’ hands, and it should come as no surprise what happened next. James took flight and hammered home a one-handed dunk over the Orlando Magic.

Lonzo finished this game shooting 0-for-5 from the field and had zero points, but that didn’t stop him from creating one of the season’s best highlight plays. This dime to James was as smooth as it gets.
