10. Vince Carter moves up

Once Jeremy Lin got traded away midseason, Vince Carter became the only player in Atlanta to have played 10 or more seasons in the NBA, and he more years in the NBA than most of the roster combined. This has been the eighth team Carter has played for in his career, and his third in the last three years.

But as the resident O.G. for the Hawks, Carter had a season pretty on par with the last few years. He was able to contribute 7.5 points per game (his second-highest average in the last five years) and even started nine games this season.

On March 31, Carter set a significant record for his career and games played.

It wasn’t a great game for Carter, as he posted nine points and grabbed just two rebounds, but to see the childhood hero of so many play for this long and set this feat was spectacular for the Half-Man, Half-Amazing legend.

If Vinsanity feels good enough to come back for one more season, he has a great shot at moving up to third on that list as well.
