Offense

Many might think that having two point guards attempt to run an offense would be a major issue. However, Ja Morant and Collin Sexton appear to have perfect complementary traits.

Sexton has been great at playing off the ball this season and making the most of his catch-and-shoot opportunities. Over the last 10 games, Sexton is hitting 50 percent of his catch-and-shoot attempts. He is also finishing 44 percent of his field goal attempts following a handoff.

Meanwhile, Morant excels at creating plays for his teammates. He has arguably the best court vision in college basketball and averaged 10.0 assists a game this season for Murray State. He would be able to handle the playmaking duties while Sexton can focus on scoring.

On top of this, Morant is much more than just a playmaker. He has explosive athleticism that gives him an advantage over most opponents. Morant put up 24.6 points per game this season and has drawn comparisons to elite NBA guards like Russell Westbrook. He should have no trouble facilitating for teammates while also getting his own shots up.

This offensive dynamic between Sexton and Morant is something that would take time to polish but could prove to be deadly. Sexton has shown flashes of offensive greatness recently by averaging 26.3 points per game in his last seven games.
