1. Embiid as the NBA’s most dominant player

After the win against the Celtics, Joel Embiid said, “I am the most unstoppable player in the league.”

No one argued the point.

The Celtics certainly couldn’t stop the talented seven-footer. They tried fouling him. That didn’t work, as Embiid sank 20 of his 21 free throws. He finished the game with an insane 37 points and a career-high 22 rebounds.

Since coming back from injury to play against the Pacers on March 10, Embiid has averaged 29.6 points and 17.0 rebounds per game. In the two statement games against two of the best teams in the East, he averaged 38.5 points and 18.5 rebounds.

I’d call that unstoppable, wouldn’t you?
