After a very active 2019 All-Star Weekend, the Toronto Raptors might have to ask themselves a couple of questions regarding the remainder of the season.

Right at the All-Star break, the Toronto Raptors find themselves just one game behind the league-best record. As a result, there is no doubt they are a top team in the NBA and serious contender for a spot in the NBA Finals.

Even so, they decided their firepower wasn’t enough. They were active during the trade deadline and pulled the trigger on one of the biggest trades of the season, bringing Marc Gasol to Canada.

A few days later, they signed Jeremy Lin to further enhance their point guard depth, a spot that seems to be up for grabs due to the number of minor injuries the team has faced recently.

Even though it is still ridiculously early to evaluate these new assets, they seem to have acclimated just fine in Toronto’s rotation.

As we get ready for the final quarter of the season, it might be time to gaze into the playoffs and how this group of players will perform once the big lights are on. The Raptors have an unfortunate tradition of ruining it all during the postseason, though we are now dealing with a completely different Raptors team than we’re used to.

Despite having the second-best record in the NBA, the Raptors are far from perfect. Here are three big questions that still need to be answered as we slowly approach the 2019 NBA Playoffs.
