The 2019 NBA All-Star break is wrapping up, and the Denver Nuggets will be trying to answer some big questions down the home stretch of the season.

The Denver Nuggets are enjoying their week off during the All-Star break, and they only had one player, center Nikola Jokic, that participated in the week’s festivities. Some players were able to get healthier, and they were all focusing on preparing for the final stretch of the season.

Currently sitting in second place in the Western Conference, the Nuggets’ final 25 games can make a huge difference when it comes to playoff seeding and potential matchups.

Jokic will continue to play like a possible MVP candidate, but there are a decent amount of uncertainties around him that can make a lot of things better or worse for a team that has big goals for this season. If they’re able to answer those questions successfully, they could quickly find themselves in the Western Conference Finals, but if they struggle with them, they could be upset by a team in the first round.

Head coach Mike Malone has done a great job of getting this team in a position to succeed this year. Malone has never been a head coach in the playoffs, where rotations get much different than they are in the regular season. Let’s check these questions out and see how the team can answer them successfully to maximize their chances this season.
