1. LeBron James wins third MVP (2017-18)

The number one spot on this list belongs to LeBron James. The 2017-18 season was one of James’ best seasons to date and the 2018 All-Star Game was just another highlight from a crazy year for James.

Heading into the All-Star break, James had been averaging 26.5 points, 8.9 assists and 8.1 rebounds a game. This set the stage for what would be an exciting showing from James.

In this game, LeBron scored 29 points, grabbed 10 rebounds and dished out 8 assists. He shot 12-for-17 from the field and 4-of-8 from beyond the arc. Team LeBron beat Team Curry 148-145 as James won his third career All-Star Game MVP.

This made James the sixth player in history to win at least three MVP’s in the All-Star game, putting him in the company of names such as Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant and Oscar Robertson. He also became the games all-time leading scorer with 341 career All-Star points.

This game was something that LeBron fans will never forget. Playing in his 15th season, James made sure to shine brighter than any other star participating that night.
