The 2018-19 NBA season has been very poor for the Cleveland Cavaliers, but there are reasons to believe the second half will be much better.

For the first half of the season, the Cleveland Cavaliers were one of the worst teams in the league. They constantly found themselves on the bad end of ugly games. With a 12-45 record, Cleveland is the second-worst team in the Eastern Conference. However, fans should have some optimism heading into the All-Star break.

See, many of the Cavaliers’ problems were caused by a lack of experience. When LeBron James left in free agency, the team transferred all leadership responsibilities to Kevin Love. Then, once Love became sidelined due to injury, the rest of the young core was thrown into the fire.

Of course, some young players are capable of handling the pressure right off the bat. In fact, some guys even thrive when all the pressure is on them. For the Cavaliers, this was not the case. The season began horribly and they quickly dug themselves in a deep hole.

While the season started very poorly, it seems that things are changing. They have gone 3-4 in their last seven games and I believe this is an indication of more success to come. Here are three reasons the Cavs will have a good ending to the 2018-19 season.
