The 2019 NBA Trade Deadline is almost here and the Cleveland Cavaliers have quite a bit of work they could do. Here are three trades the team should consider.

The Cleveland Cavaliers are running out of time to make any deals this season. The 2019 NBA Trade Deadline will be here before we know it and the Cavs still have some players to move.

Cleveland has a number of different players it should be looking to trade away before the deadline. J.R. Smith is the most notable player the Cavs will want to trade or buy out, but there are a few other guys on the roster that are on the trading block as well.

The goal should be to get rid of any players that don’t fit in with the rebuild and look to receive young assets and draft picks in return. This is the best direction that the franchise should be going in because it is clear they don’t have enough talent on the roster to win right now.

While we still have time to speculate, here are three deals that the Cleveland Cavaliers could make before the deadline.
