The Sacramento Kings are attempting to make the playoffs this season, but in order to secure their spot, they’ll have to adjust their roster at the trade deadline.

The Sacramento Kings have been in a flurry of trade rumors. From being in talks for New York’s Enes Kanter to having interest in Atlanta’s Jeremy Lin, their name has been everywhere.

The team has shown tremendous improvement this year and have proven that they are an above-average basketball team. They currently boast a .510 win percentage and are ranked 10th in the Western Conference with a record of 26-25.

The young players of this squad have been great, but the team’s record is worse than it should be. That is more than likely due to their lack of depth.

Bogdan Bogdanovic has been incredible for the team off the bench. He is averaging 15.2 points, 4.1 assists, and 3.6 assists per game, while coming off the bench for 30 of his 38 outings. Unfortunately for Kings fans, Bogdanovic has been their only consistent bench player.

Nemanja Bjelica and Iman Shumpert have had their moments this season, but often are ineffective.

If the Kings are truly focused on making the playoffs, they must fix this problem. They can either hunt down bench players or acquire better starters than they already have. There have been plenty of rumors surrounding some players that the Kings should consider trading for.

Here are three trades to address the Sacramento Kings playoff hopes.
