10. Lindsey Hunter (1993-00, 2003-08)

Between his two stints in Detroit — one at the start of his career and one toward the end — Lindsey Hunter played a total of 12 seasons for the Pistons. He ranks sixth in franchise history in games played, third in 3-pointers, fourth in steals and 10th in assists.

Hunter’s per game stats — 9.0 points, 2.9 assists and 1.3 steals — for the Pistons don’t jump off the page, but he was a fan favorite and valuable role player who helped Detroit win an NBA championship in 2004.

His best individual season with the team was in 1999-00, when he started every game and averaged 12.7 points, 4.0 assists and 1.6 steals per game, helping Detroit make it to the playoffs.

Hunter bridged the gap between some of the Pistons’ all-time greatest teams and players.

As a rookie, he played alongside original “Bad Boys,” Isiah Thomas, Joe Dumars and Bill Laimbeer. Later on, he shared the court with Grant Hill. In his second run with the franchise, Hunter was teammates with Chauncey Billups, Rip Hamilton, Ben Wallace, Tayshaun Prince and Rasheed Wallace on the 2004 title team.
