If the Houston Rockets swing a deal between now and the 2019 NBA Trade Deadline, there’s a good chance one of these three players will be involved.

To the surprise of many, it’s been an up-and-down year for the Houston Rockets. Despite offering nearly as much talent as in years past, they’ve suffered an uncharacteristic amount of struggles this season, having to rely far too much on James Harden to put notches in the win column.

That’s why there’s a strong belief they could look to shake things up ahead of the 2019 NBA Trade Deadline. Two questions arise from there: 1) Who are they targeting and 2) Who are they willing to part with to obtain them?

For the time being, let’s focus on the latter question. Right now, the Rockets are a star-driven team. With players like Harden, Chris Paul and Clint Capela on the roster, it leaves little room for top talent elsewhere. It’s not like the Rockets have had the recent draft assets needed to stockpile young, exciting talent.

As a result, figuring out who could be available via trade becomes difficult. Luckily for you, we’re here today to determine the Rockets players most likely to be swapping jerseys in the week or so.
