With the Utah Jazz now winners of six straight and making their way into the playoff picture in the West, here are three reasons behind their current streak.

Don’t look now, but the Utah Jazz are doing it once again.

As the midway point in the season has come and gone and the second half of the regular season is in full swing, the Jazz are once again making a second-half push into the Western Conference playoff picture for the second season in a row.

Following Friday night’s win over the Cleveland Cavaliers in Salt Lake City, Utah is currently riding a six-game winning streak heading into Monday’s game against the Portland Trail Blazers and has emerged as one of the hottest teams in the West as of late.

While riding their current hot streak, the Jazz are 26-21 overall and have moved up to the No. 7 spot in the conference standings after sitting in the middle of the pack of teams on the outside of the postseason picture looking in just a few weeks ago.
