The Milwaukee Bucks are having a standout season and have their eyes on the NBA Finals. What players might be moved before the trade deadline?

The Milwaukee Bucks are a team with almost everything moving in the same direction — up the standings and into the clouds of contention. Led by MVP candidate Giannis Antetokounmpo and first-year head coach Mike Budenholzer, the numbers and the eye test all agree the Bucks are the real deal.

When the trade deadline approaches, teams often make players available for about 1-3 reasons. The first is if there is a marquee player on the roster who is discontent, but the Bucks have a collection of players comfortable in their role, backed up by young players who haven’t earned the right to throw their weight around.

Second would be if a team is out of the playoff hunt and wants to get value for its veteran players. Milwaukee clearly doesn’t fit that category either, as it currently has the best winning percentage and net rating in the league.

Finally, then a team might look to upgrade heading into the stretch run, therefore shipping out less valuable role players to get a piece that works better for the roster. The reality is that even here the Bucks do not have a pressing need, as the front office has assembled a roster with a lot of versatility, and the development from players such as Sterling Brown and D.J. Wilson has bolstered the rotation even more.

Yet no team is perfect, and the Bucks could look to shuffle that bench rotation to land on other combinations. They also have a strong amount of depth, meaning they won’t necessarily be hurting themselves in one area to strengthen another. Therefore, here are three bench players who are most likely to be traded by the Feb 7 deadline.
