Utah Jazz: Team awards at midway point in 2018-19 season

With the 2018-19 NBA season currently at its midway point, let’s take a look at the midseason team awards for the Utah Jazz.

Believe it or not, the Utah Jazz are officially at the midway point in the 2018-19 NBA season.

As the season progresses, one common theme has continued to occur since the regular season tipped off back in October: The Western Conference is packed and the standings have reflected that.

In the middle of it all are the Jazz, who maintain a 22-21 record following Friday night’s 113-95 win over the Los Angeles Lakers in Salt Lake City. With the win, Utah currently sits in the No. 9 spot in the West, now just one game back of the Lakers and the No. 8 seed.

With the second half of the year here and underway, let’s take a look back at the first half of the season and hand out some midseason team awards to some Jazz players.
