While the Chicago Bulls are out of the running for a playoff berth, there are a few players who have performed well during the first half of the season. Here’s a look at the team’s midseason awards for 2018-19.

Let’s be honest, folks: The Chicago Bulls are out of the running in the Eastern Conference playoff race for the second time in three seasons. They parted ways with head coach Fred Hoiberg following a 5-19 start, even though he played the role of good solider when the team opted to go into rebuild mode and the roster was decimated with injuries before the season even began.

Furthermore, after the first 41 games of the season, Chicago has produced just 10 wins. If you care to do the math, that equates to a .244 winning percentage. Needless to say, there isn’t much for the fans to be excited about these days.

Instead of focusing on the doom and gloom of what will be another difficult season, we will go in the other direction by handing out awards to the players who performed well during the first half of the season.

So, without further delay, here’s a look at the Bulls’ midseason awards for the 2018-19 campaign.
