4. Pick both high and well in the 2019 NBA Draft

The 2019 NBA Draft looks like it has the potential to be a make-or-break kind of draft for many teams. With some already making plans for the top prospects, having a high pick in an NBA Draft has never seemed more valuable.

The New York Knicks are currently tied with the Phoenix Suns for the second-worst record in the NBA, only topping the Chicago Bulls. So theoretically, they should have a top-three pick in the upcoming draft at their services.

You can’t really go wrong when it comes to selecting a top prospect in this year’s draft, though Zion Williamson is head-and-shoulders above the pack. There seems to be talent at every corner with Duke’s freshmen topping almost every headline with their monstrous performances.

But what do those potential NBA stars think about wearing a Knicks uniform starting next October? Well, first we had a statement from Zion Williamson, claiming that playing 41 games a season at MSG would be incredible.

Then, we got another bold statement during an interview with the same person, this time regarding his teammate R.J. Barrett. Per Williamson, the Knicks are “R.J.’s team.”

It seems as though the top prospects of this year’s draft are keen on playing for the New York Knicks. Will the Knicks play their cards right and snatch a potential future superstar? Let’s hope so.
