The New York Knicks proved to be no match for the Milwaukee Bucks in a festive showdown on Christmas Day, ultimately collapsing in the second half.

Another year, another Christmas Day game for the New York Knicks. Even though these games usually include the top teams in the league, a big-market team like New York would certainly not be absent from the day’s slate of games.

The Knicks went against the Milwaukee Bucks, a team that has turned out to be extremely improved compared to their 2017-18 campaign.

In the two previous meetings, the series was split at one game apiece. Unfortunately for the Knicks, Christmas was not the day to take the series lead against what can only be considered as a contender for the Eastern Conference crown.

In an overcrowded Madison Square Garden, the Bucks ended up taking the win with a comfortable 109-95 victory.

Here are three takeaways from this festive game before the teams meet up again in Wisconsin on Thursday.
