In need of another fresh start, there are a few NBA teams looking to elevate themselves that could benefit from the services of Jabari Parker.

After it was reported Jabari Parker would no longer find himself in the Chicago Bulls’ rotation, it then came out that Chicago had already begun engaging in trade talks centered around the 23-year-old.

Parkers’ fit with the Bulls was always awkward, having more to do with circumstances outside the court — namely the $20 million a year he was given — than the homecoming offered for the proud Chicagoan.

He’s yet to find a consistently good fit for his style of play, one of the reasons his career hasn’t panned out the way many predicted coming out of Duke.

Now, if the former No. 2 overall pick wants to prolong his once-promising NBA career, he’ll have to wind up on a team able to extract the most out of  his talent, which, despite multiple ACL tears, he still has plenty of.

Luckily for him, Parker is still young enough to be an attractive trade target for a number of teams looking to increase their potential for success this season, many of whom could use his scoring prowess off the bench.
