3. Unlimited Power by Tony Robbins for MarShon Brooks

In case you missed it, the Phoenix Suns, Washington Wizards and Grizzlies pulled off the most bizarre unsuccessful trade in NBA history after neither team could agree on which Brooks was getting shipped to Phoenix — Dillon or MarShon.

After general manager Chris Wallace told MarShon he was being traded, he had to take that back and tell him he was actually staying. Even though Brooks has been a professional about it (and it beats playing in China last year), it still has to hurt knowing the team was going to get rid of him.

On top of that, Brooks is having a rough year coming off the bench. After a great finish to the 2017-18 season, the Grizzlies brought Brooks back hoping he would be a spark plug off the bench. He’s struggled to find a scoring groove, averaging just 7.0 points per game while shooting 45.5 percent from the field and a horrendous 28.3 percent from downtown.

No one was expecting him to continue his absurd 59.4 clip from last year, but hovering somewhere around the mid-30s would be nice. Maybe on top of reading this book, Brooks can go watch some highlights of himself from last year. He can build up his confidence through many different ways.
