De’Aaron Fox has been one of the breakout stars of the 2018-19 season for the Sacramento Kings, but where does he rank among NBA point guards?

De’Aaron Fox has been one of the breakout stars of the 2018-19 NBA season. He has led the Sacramento Kings to a surprisingly successful season that has ignited fans’ hope and reinvigorated their love of basketball.

While they have slipped to 10-11 and may not make the playoffs this year in the loaded Western Conference, they will certainly be contending for one of the bottom few spots.

The question is, with Fox in the middle of a promising season, where does he rank among NBA point guards?

To find where he ranks among all other starting point guards in the NBA, I’ll split up all 30 into tiers. The tiers are based on Value of Replacement Player (VORP) and Win Shares (WS), according to Basketball-Reference, combined with my personal grades and where I believe they rank from watching each of these players and evaluating them with the eye test.
