In spite of their abysmal 4-13 record, the Chicago Bulls and their fans do have a few reasons to be thankful.

The Chicago Bulls have had a difficult start to the 2018-19 NBA season, to say the least. For starters, they are without the services of Lauri Markkanen, Kris Dunn, Bobby Portis and Denzel Valentine.

It’s difficult enough for a team to stay afloat when one key player goes down with an injury. However, when you have nearly a third of your team in street clothes, maintaining any form of normalcy is damn near impossible.

In addition to that, the Bulls have dropped each of their last four games and have been outscored by an average margin of 29 points per contest in their last three losses. To be fair, the Bulls were going up against some of the better teams in the Eastern Conference — Boston Celtics, Milwaukee Bucks and the Toronto Raptors.

Having produced only four wins through their first 17 games is hardly what the team had in mind coming into the season. Despite the dismal start to the 2018-19 campaign, there are a few reasons why Bulls fans should be thankful, and today we will look at them.
