Become a quality frontcourt member

As the 76ers flip to a brand new chapter —one that will include an established third superstar who drastically increases their odds to win the NBA crown, they must not shy away from the system that has brought them here.

Since the team’s frontcourt mash-up of Embiid, Nerlens Noel and Jahlil Okafor, they haven’t really had the best security blanket at the center position.

The organization ultimately hit the eject button on Okafor and Noel early last year, but the strategy was one that will never be forgotten — and one that has fully paid off.

Embiid has obviously become everything Philly’s hoped for, but they have often needed another true center to relieve him off the bench. Patton has a solid chance to fill that role whenever he returns.
