In Week 4 of NBA Power Rankings for the 2018-19 campaign, the Houston Rockets and Oklahoma City Thunder are getting back to their winning ways.

One month into our 2018-19 NBA Power Rankings, the recurring top four teams — the Golden State Warriors, Toronto Raptors, Milwaukee Bucks and Denver Nuggets — remain largely untouched at the top.

However, aside from the constant jostling in that top four among the one-loss teams, there’s quite a bit of movement up and down the board.

After going winless for four/five straight games, the previously undefeated Detroit Pistons and New Orleans Pelicans have taken a plunge. The Indiana Pacers and Portland Trail Blazers have built on seasons some believed to be flukes, while the Sacramento Kings continue to be a pleasant surprise.

Neither is out of the woods just yet, but with so many teams like the Washington Wizards, Cleveland Cavaliers, Minnesota Timberwolves and Los Angeles Lakers collapsing into early turmoil, these rankings remain as volatile as ever on a week-to-week basis.

Bearing all that in mind, here’s how the latest NBA Power Rankings shake out.
