Overall

Collin Sexton’s first two NBA games have been polar opposites of each other. His first game was likely a nightmare for him as he was constantly finding himself in the wrong position. In contrast, Sexton was a few timely plays away from being the hero in game two.

There are clearly more positives than negatives throughout his time in the big leagues thus far. Nothing seems to shake him. Even when he has his shot blocked into the upper stands, he brushes it off and moves on to the next play.

His ability to learn on the fly and make adjustments has already been shown, as his improvement from the first to the second game was notable. Soon enough, Sexton will give Tyronn Lue no choice but to start him.
