The Minnesota Timberwolves have had quite the offseason. Now that the regular season is about to begin, here are three goals for Karl-Anthony Towns in 2018-19.

Minnesota Timberwolves big man Karl-Anthony Towns is one of the NBA’s most promising young talents. He’s seven feet tall, he can shoot from nearly anywhere on the court and he can rebound with the best of them. His old school, back-to-the-basket post moves, paired with his new-age athleticism and shooting ability make him nearly impossible to guard.

The Wolves are coming off their best season since 2003-04 and KAT is largely to thank for that.

In late September, KAT signed a lucrative five-year, $190 million contract extension to stay in Minneapolis for the long haul. After Jimmy Butler requested a trade from the Timberwolves, this was excellent news for the organization and its fans. The Wolves’ young, talented first overall pick was committed to the franchise for a minimum of five years.

As the Wolves look to build upon their successful 2017-18 campaign, here are three goals for Karl-Anthony Towns in 2018-19.
