After being acquired in a trade nearly two months ago, Marquese Chriss is now set and ready to run with the Houston Rockets. Here are the three goals for the newcomer in 2018-19.

Not too long ago, Houston Rockets center Marquese Chriss was considered to be one of the most intriguing young prospects in basketball.

The 6’10”, 240-pound forward — who was selected with the eighth overall pick in the 2016 NBA Draft — averaged a career-high 9.2 points and 4.2 rebounds per game in his rookie year with the Phoenix Suns en route to earning All-Rookie Second Team honors.

Now, the 21-year-old is seeking to write his next chapter, as the player who was acquired in a late offseason trade alongside Brandon Knight is currently working to bounce back from a lackluster sophomore campaign.

Can the man who was once considered as a future cornerstone in the Valley of the Sun find a way to officially resurrect his career in H-Town? Here are the three goals for Chriss in 2018-19.
