The Boston Celtics went through tumultuous, albeit successful campaign last year, reaching the Eastern Conference Finals in spite of an injury list like no other across the league. Entering the playoffs without their two All-Star acquisitions, Boston made a remarkable run based off stellar play on the team’s home floor.
With reports suggesting that the roster will now head into the 2018-19 NBA season in full shape, expectations have reached fever pitch for Brad Stevens’ men, who on paper possess quite possibly the league’s most talented roster from top to bottom aside from the Golden State Warriors.
With the regular season set to tip off in a matter of weeks, it’s time to take a look at the offseason that was, and crystal ball some scenarios for the men in green heading into what will be their most serious assault on the title since the Big 3 era a decade ago.
