1. Myles Turner

Following the departure of Paul George, many expected Myles Turner to take the reins of Indiana’s franchise. That obviously didn’t happen, with Oladipo filling the shoes of the multiple-time All-Star instead.

Blessed with terrific athleticism and a soft touch from the outside, Turner was already built to play in the modern NBA, but with some fine-tuning, he has the chance to put himself among the list of other big-name unicorns such as Kristaps Porzingis, Nikola Jokic and Joel Embiid.

The former Texas big man actually struggled through most of last season, possibly due to the unexpected play of his now All-Star teammate, which forced him to find a niche that wasn’t really there.
