3. The Bucks will grab a top-four seed

The consensus among NBA followers is that the top three seeds in the Eastern Conference belong to the Boston Celtics, Toronto Raptors and Philadelphia 76ers, which leaves only the fourth seed to be had with a handful of teams capable of making a run at it.

Milwaukee finished last season with the seventh-best record in the East at 44-38. With all its activity over the offseason, that number should improve quite a bit.

Antetokounmpo is likely to take another step forward, while Lopez gives the Bucks a quality center they haven’t had in a very long time.

Budenholzer brings along one of the best offensive minds in the game, and coupled with a more fluid starting lineup and second unit, he should be able to maximize his players offensive talents in ways former head coach Jason Kidd never could.

Excluding the trio of elites at the summit, the rest of the conference is completely up for grabs. It won’t be handed to them, but the Bucks are simply too talented not to host a first round playoff series in 2019.
