3. Kevin Love is ready

The most noticeable thing about this game for me was how Kevin Love looked ready to lead the team. Love appeared extremely comfortable with the ball in his hands. It seemed as if all the pressure from past years had completely been removed from his subconscious.

Love wasted no time taking control of the game. He started off by sizing up his defender and drilling a jumper from the short corner. He continued to make his presence felt as he knocked down multiple 3-pointers.

The five-time All-Star finished the game with 17 points on 5-of-10 shooting in only 17 minutes of playing time. His cool demeanor on the court is something that should have fans everywhere excited. He may finally be ready to lead a team to the NBA playoffs.

If Love is truly as comfortable as he looked during this game, then he is set to have a monstrous season. He’s capable of scoring in bunches and his rebounding ability hasn’t faded. Love could easily average 20 points and 10 rebounds a night this year.
