23. Los Angeles Clippers: Tobias Harris, SF/PF

The Los Angeles Clippers have flipped the script on their team construct, going from star-laden top-heavy contender to plucky starless-squad with incredible depth. The Clippers currently have 16 players worthy of being in an NBA rotation, many of them with proven track records across the league.

Lou Williams had the best season of any Clipper last year, and was a strong candidate to take this spot. Yet a complete lack of defense paired with his age and likely regression allowed Tobias Harris to step in front. Harris plays one of the league’s most valued positions, combo forward, and averaged just shy of 20 points as a Clipper after being traded as part of the Blake Griffin package.

Harris rebounds, defends, moves the ball and hits from deep (41.4 percent on 5.3 attempts per game). While he is not a superstar, he has grown into something just one or two steps below. At 26, he’s just reaching his prime and could continue to develop. While the Clippers are building cap space for 2019, they should consider how Harris could help them win now and moving forward.
