4. John Collins highlight reels

John Collins has been impressing Hawks fans since the moment he stepped onto the court for the first time in Summer League. His high-flying dunks and masterpiece blocks are what put people in the seats. John has gotten better at every turn and is even adding new aspects to his already impressive game.

Towards the end of last season, Collins was working with former head coach Mike Budenholzer to implement a 3-point shot into his arsenal. He began taking a couple of those shots a night and made an impressive amount of them. It will be something to watch for when he starts taking, and making, somewhere near the league-average of 3-pointers.

This situation is reminiscent of the Atlanta teams that featured a five-out type offense, where both the power forward and center could shoot from distance. Al Horford and Paul Millsap were such an amazing duo and having them both be able to shoot the long ball opened up tremendous opportunities for the rest of that team.

John Collins will continue to add to and improve his game and that will be one of the most exciting things to watch for as Hawks fans.
