Klay Thompson:

Klay scored 17 points in 20 minutes, shooting 7-of-13 from the field. He grabbed four boards and nailed 3-of-4 from distance. He also posted a block, an assist, and a steal (NBA).

Klay’s main burst came in the second quarter, when he dropped 11 points in a six-minute stretch (NBA). This was classic Klay, and great for fans to experience. Thompson is another guy who must capitalize on opportunities. Especially with Cousins in the mix.

Scoring and efficiency were respectable for Klay. His 17 points came in limited playing time. More scoring outside that six-minute window is needed, however. Coaches don’t appreciate streaky disappearing acts.
