The Detroit Pistons’ 2018-19 Media Day is in the books. Fans learned a lot of information about the team’s summer, along with some reasons for excitement.

The Detroit Pistons‘ 2018-19 Media Day is in the books. While some teams’ days were highlighted by debuting new players or uniforms, the Pistons had a ton of new stuff for fans to get their first major look at. The team is expected to give fans a lot to be excited about, as it has multiple new rookies, a new head coach and a new direction. Media Day was just the start of what should be an exciting season in the Motor City.

The day was about more than just this upcoming season. It was about the future of this team and this franchise. They haven’t made back-to-back playoff trips since 2007-08. They’re hoping to change that starting this year and moving forward. The changes they announced this offseason and showed at the Media Day are what they hope will get them pushing toward their long-term goals.

It was an exciting day with a lot of information for fans to digest. There was some information being confirmed, as well as some new information brought to light.
