3. Garrett Temple

Over the course of 12 seasons in the league, Garrett Temple has slowly developed into one of the most underrated 3-and-D players in the game.

One could argue a player like him could do wonders for a Grizzlies team in need of that type of player, but at 32 years of age on an expiring contract, bringing him back into the fold doesn’t make much sense.

With solid size and a career 35.7 percent conversion rate from deep, he brings skills that would help any team win basketball games, which could make him a sought-out asset to contenders looking for a boost as the trade deadline approaches.

Sooner or later, Memphis will realize the time to hit the reset button is now, but before it’s too late, they should attempt to acquire any sort of asset in exchange for a player whose value could net a solid return.
