2. Be a slasher on offense

The OKC Thunder have an offense that is based on players moving without the ball. Players like Andre Roberson and Jerami Grant thrive on offense with their ability to move without the ball in their hands.

Baseline cuts to the basket and rolling off screens are options for the Thunder when they are not able to hit jumpers. Steven Adams is another player that benefits from rolling to the basket.

In this offense, Noel will be able to cut the hole and get easy attempts at the rim. In his best season in 2014-15, he made 93.7 percent of his dunks and 76.3 percent were assisted.

Dennis Schroder had his two best seasons passing the ball the past two years. He averaged 6.3 assists per game in 2016-17 and 6.2 assists a night in 2017-18. The bench for the Thunder should have more ball movement, and Noel should capitalize on that by diving toward the rim for easy baskets.
