The Charlotte Hornets will likely be a mediocre team in 2018-19. Which of their players will most likely be traded by the deadline?

The Charlotte Hornets had a good offseason. It definitely wasn’t great, but it was solid. They were involved in trades, free agency signings and had a busy draft.

They traded away Dwight Howard (which was necessary) and temporarily acquired Timofey Mozgov. They also were involved in a three-team trade that shipped off Mozzy landed them Bismack Biyombo.

In free agency, they signed future Hall-of-Famer Tony Parker. It was an interesting decision from both parties, but the backup point guard position has long been a problem for the Hornets, so this definitely helps with their depth.

Then, in the draft, they maneuvered their way into getting Miles Bridges, Devonte’ Graham and Arnoldas Kulboka. All three of these guys have extremely promising futures in the league.

The Charlotte Hornets have been mired in mediocrity for the last several years, and history shows they’ll either make a desperate push at getting better quickly, or they’ll blow it all up and start rebuilding.

Both of these scenarios mean that the team will likely be active in trade talks throughout the season. With that being said, here are the three Charlotte Hornets most likely to be traded in 2018-19.
