With the Milwaukee Bucks signing Brook Lopez, the big man will be playing for his third team in as many years. Here are three goals for the 2018-19 season.

After being the franchise player for the Brooklyn Nets for most of his nine seasons there, Brook Lopez has now been on three teams in as many years. The Milwaukee Bucks signed the 10-year veteran to a one-year deal worth $3.4 million. This is a huge comedown for the former No. 10 overall pick in the 2008 NBA Draft.

However, after a somewhat disappointing season with the Los Angeles Lakers, Lopez is going to have to use this season to prove his worth on the open market for next year’s free agency period. Lopez had the worst season of his career with the Los Angeles Lakers.

He had career lows in several statistical categories, including minutes per game (23.4), points per game (13.0) and field goal percentage (46.5 percent). Lopez was meant to be the veteran on this young Lakers team, and despite starting 72 of his 74 games, was not able to provide the on-court leadership required.

However, with his Bucks signing, Lopez has a chance to make a fresh start. He could be a crucial component for Milwaukee to move out of the lower playoff seeds. Here are three goals for the 2018-19 season for Brook Lopez.
