4. Create a positive locker room atmosphere

It is no secret that the Cleveland Cavaliers have had a number of issues in the locker room. This does not necessarily mean brawls between teammates, but the truth is, many players were dissatisfied with how the off-camera things were being handled.

This resulted in a number of trades, shaking up the roster along the way. Kyrie going to Boston after not wanting to play with LeBron, IT moving to LA as he just wouldn’t fit the roster anymore. The list goes on and on.

When you exclude the historic 2016 championship campaign, there are not many bright spots in LeBron’s second stint with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Starting the 2018-19 season, the Cleveland Cavaliers have got to create a more positive atmosphere around the locker room, something new signing Channing Frye can execute perfectly.

When the team’s having fun, everybody starts playing better. As a result, even more wins come your way. And to be completely honest, which free agent wouldn’t want to come and play for a team that’s having fun and winning along the way?
