Boston Celtics: 3 candidates for a breakout season in 2018-19

The star studded top end of the Boston Celtics roster has launched them into title contention, but with a roster brimming with All-Star talent, let’s take a look at which players might be in line for a breakout season for the C’s.
If it wasn’t for the fact they are the Boston Celtics, you get the feeling Brad Stevens’ squad would have had the support of the nation throughout their epic run to the Eastern Conference Playoffs last season.
On the back of that unlikely charge, they will now welcome back the All-Star duo of Kyrie Irving and Gordon Hayward to the fold. How those returns impact the rest of the roster remains to be seen, but the C’s head into the year as unquestionable contenders in the East.
The Celtics credentials comes down to far more than just a couple of names however, and with that in mind, Hoops Habit is going to take a look at three potential players in line for a breakout campaign in 2018-19.
