As we inch closer to the 2018-19 NBA season, here are the three most likely players to be traded by the Indiana Pacers this season.

After an unexpectedly solid 2017-18 campaign and the emergence of Victor Oladipo, the Indiana Pacers will look to continue to build on the expectations set last season. The foundation is now in place, now it’s about putting the right players around the aforementioned Oladipo. This may be via trade.

Following the Paul George trade that was originally dubbed lopsided, the Pacers were supposed to be back at the bottom of the barrel, fighting for the No. 1 draft pick. Instead, the Pacers finished fifth in the Eastern Conference with a 48-34 record. Additionally, the Pacers took LeBron James and the eventual conference champion Cleveland Cavaliers to seven games.

The Pacers’ roster is far from complete, they still have holes to fill before they can start competing with the likes of the Boston Celtics and Philadelphia 76ers. They are too far away to even think about competing with the Golden State Warriors at this current time.

With that being said, here are three players that could be traded by the Indiana Pacers this season.
