13. Myles Turner, Indiana Pacers

Myles Turner‘s breakout season never came in 2017-18. If anything, he took a step back from his promising sophomore campaign, with his numbers falling to 12.7 points, 6.4 rebounds and 1.8 blocks per game. His minutes were down, and though he knocked down 35.7 percent of his triples, his field goal percentage dipped to 47.9 percent.

With that being said, Turner had to adjust to the arrival of superstar Victor Oladipo, who commanded the rock quite a bit, and Domantas Sabonis, who ate into his minutes at the 5 off the bench.

At this point, it’s fair to question whether Sabonis could eventually displace Turner as the starter for this upstart Indiana Pacers team, but there’s no debate about who has the higher ceiling. In his fourth NBA season, there’s a decent chance Turner can bounce back, fine-tune his shooting stroke and enjoy the breakout campaign most were expecting last year.
