18. Markieff Morris, Washington Wizards

Markieff Morris is the epitome of average for a starting power forward in the NBA today. There will be brief hot streaks where he looks incredible, capable of helping lift the Washington Wizards out of the doldrums they’ve been stuck in for the last few years. For the most part though, you know what you’re getting out of Keef on a nightly basis.

Last year, Morris averaged 11.5 points and 5.6 rebounds per game on 48 percent shooting. It was the second year in a row he shot around 36 percent from 3-point range, though his scoring and rebounding slightly dipped from the year before. As he approaches his 29th birthday, it’s unlikely his game or production will change all that much in 2018-19.

Morris is adequate and knows his role, but he’d probably be more useful as a fiery bench presence on a good team, like twin brother Marcus Morris is with the Boston Celtics.
