7. Tobias Harris, Los Angeles Clippers

Is there an NBA wing more universally under-appreciated than Tobias Harris right now? The guy continues to improve his game and quietly put up solid numbers, almost unbeknownst to the rest of the league that continues to shuffle him from team to team.

Even so, Harris caught some attention last year in 80 games between the Pistons and the Los Angeles Clippers, averaging 18.6 points and 5.5 rebounds per game on 41.1 percent shooting from 3-point range — all of which were career highs.

Harris increased his scoring to 19.3 points per game in his 32 appearances with the Clips. After turning down an $80 million extension, the pressure is on in 2018-19 to prove he’s worth even more money on the free agency market. Those are lofty goals to live up to, but either way, Harris should thrive in his first full season in L.A. as the team’s designated scorer with the starters.
