The Utah Jazz have retained their talent, kept their core intact and look poised to continue their upward trajectory in the upcoming 2018-19 season.

The Utah Jazz have vaulted into a top-four team in the Western Conference over the past couple years.

Donovan Mitchell turned heads last season by delivering a special rookie campaign, where he averaged 20.5 points, 3.7 assists and 3.7 rebounds per game. He finished second in Rookie of the Year voting, losing a controversial race to Ben Simmons.

During the offseason, the Jazz have re-signed their free agents, added a few rotational bench pieces and drafted guard Grayson Allen in the 2018 NBA Draft.

The Jazz are already well-established in their conference. However, questions remain about whether they’ll improve further and if they can get past the top dogs in the West. Here’s a look at the three biggest ones facing the team heading into 2018-19.
