The last member of the San Antonio Spurs to win a major NBA award was Kawhi Leonard in 2016. Can anyone on the roster win one in 2018-19?

The end-of-season NBA awards are the most prestigious honors a player can receive, other than perhaps a championship or an Olympic medal. When it comes to comparing two players’ careers, accolades like Most Valuable Player awards become important talking points.

MVP isn’t the only important individual award though, and any player would be happy to win any one of them. The San Antonio Spurs have a decent chance at having some of their players seriously contend at least one award in the upcoming 2018-19 season.

Obviously, the San Antonio Spurs probably won’t sweep all the major awards, but who on the team has the best chance at winning each one?
