After a bewildering rookie campaign, Markelle Fultz and company are set for a breakout season. Here are a few goals for the Philadelphia 76ers guard in 2018-19.

Markelle Fultz is getting ready for a huge 2018-19 season, in a pivotal year for him and the Philadelphia 76ers. The former No. 1 overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft has moved on from a frustrating rookie year, and is now looking toward the future.

Fultz spent the majority of his summer working closely with trainer and shooting coach Drew Hanlen, who has also aided in polishing the shooting motions of Joel Embiid and other notable players around the league.

While Fultz’s workouts have remained as hush-hush as possible, reports speculate that he is on his way to becoming the star-studded piece that the Sixers had originally intended.

In just 14 regular season games, he averaged 7.1 points, 3.8 assists, and 3.1 rebounds in 18 minutes per game, which is somewhat respectable considering the minimal usage he had to overcome.

Taking all of this into consideration, here are three goals for the 20-year-old combo guard in 2018-19.
